UCCS undergraduates working on project for local company

Two students, Shane Kirkbride (MS EE and previously UCCS BS EE) and Erica Kirkbride (PhD CS and previously UCCS BS Comp. Eng) working on a project with local Colorado Springs startup Forest Technologies. The company is building a new multi-media delivery system with location-aware advertising.

Two students, Qidao Li (MS EE and previously UCCS BS EE) and Tom Navin (BS CS students) working on an ongoing STTR project with Navsys Inc. They are doing the low-level driver software and system software for new type of GPS-enabled wrist-watch device for tracking injured military personnel. This project has 4 students total, and one of 4 project we are doing or have done with Navsys, a Colorado Springs women owned business.
